Collezione di forme

'Collezione di forme' is an ongoing photo archive, a visual and not scientific cataloguing of driftwoods found in tuscan beaches. The project was born from direct experience and exploration in space: from instinctual research for shapes and figures that recall the fossil world. For time and sea effect, the driftwoods are transformed by welcoming or becoming other things: signs and new inhabitants, mushrooms, shells, extinct animals, real and imagined stories. The operation is walking inside, stopping, and taking photos. Document to keep, make a collection.
